Etiya, the leading Independent Software Provider, today announced that it has been selected by Dhiraagu, the first and leading Telecom Operator in the Maldives, to implement their Digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Transformation Project.
Etiya will help Dhiraagu to transform its existing Business Support Systems (BSS) with a Digital CRM Solution to become truly customer-centric and deliver consistent customer excellence with a seamless omnichannel experience. Within the project, Dhiraagu will support Customer 360 Degree View and offer relevant products via the use of powerful Etiya lead-to-order products and analytics solutions.
Dhiraagu aims to improve Contact Center Service levels, sales efficiency, and operational agility with this transformation.
