"A Sapling for Each Candidate" Project
We care about all the candidates, who spare time for an interview with us and we run a project called “A Sapling for Each Candidate” in order to express how valuable they are to us by forging a prospective bond with them and to contribute to nature.
We donate a sapling through Tema Foundation on behalf of each candidate that we hold an interview with. Thanks to our candidates, we have donated over 10,000 saplings and we continue to do so.
Our Social Responsibility Initiatives
We give importance to making contribution to the world and society and organize social responsibility initiatives joined by voluntary employees in many areas such as sustainable life, children's rights, women's rights, animal rights, education and healthcare.
- We collaborate with scores of Non-Governmental Organizations and hold in-house charity events on special occasions such as March 8 International Women's Day and April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day.
- We organize seminars and run charity projects in cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations that fight against various diseases, in order to raise awareness about and lend support to people, who suffer from.
- Under the leadership of our Social Responsibility Club, we offer inputs along with our employees for the education of children through outreach projects at schools. We support our animal friends in need of care. We pay visits to many institutions and organizations such as day care centers and nursing homes for awareness purposes and moral support.
