Amsterdam, 22 September 2026 – Etiya, a leading software company delivering an AI-native BSS platform for communications service providers, today announced the appointment of Gustavo Duarte as Vice President, Americas, and Robin Laliberte as Vice President Global Sales, Strategic Accounts. The appointments strengthen Etiya’s global leadership as communication service providers accelerate the adoption of AI, automation and cloud-native technologies across increasingly complex fiber, mobile, MVNO and converged businesses. Based in Austin, Texas, Duarte will lead Etiya’s commercial operations across North and South America, driving growth and strengthening relationships with operators across the region. He joins Etiya from Nokia, where he led the global autonomous networks applications portfolio across OSS and BSS. Previously, he held leadership roles at Rakuten and Netcracker. Based in Switzerland, Laliberté will lead strategic account development globally, working with operators across FTTH, MNO, MVNO and converged services. He brings more than 30 years of experience in BSS and digital transformation, with leadership roles at Amdocs and Netcracker, and most recently as SVP Global Sales at Compax.
